Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Oceanica is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Oceanica pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Beirut, Lebanon.
